During my stay at the Cozy Savvy Boutique Hotel in Hoi An in November 2024. Service From the moment I arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness stood out. They were always ready to assist with any request, providing local insights and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. Comfortable Accommodations My room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. The bed were comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The bathroom was bright and airy, equipped with modern amenities that enhanced my stay. Delicious Breakfast Each morning, I enjoyed a diverse and delicious breakfast buffet. The selection catered to various tastes, offering both Western and Asian dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients. Prime Location Situated just a short walk from Hoi An's historic centre, the hotel provided easy access to the city's attractions. Despite its central location, the hotel maintained a peaceful ambience, allowing for restful nights. Additional Amenities The complimentary bicycles were a convenient way to explore the area at my own pace. In summary, my stay at the Cozy Savvy Boutique Hotel was delightful. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations and prime location made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

The beds are really comfortable! It’s soft enough for you to sleep like a baby as well strong enough to hold your back. The facilities are good Breakfast is small and lovely, the dining area do have a great view One of the receptionists was super nice, she drew us a map with everything you need to know about the town when we checked in, must took her like 20 mins to show us around. and she kept smiling and chatting sincerely all the time, too bad I didn’t catch her name, but big thank you to this lady. She highlighted our trip and the hotel!

Our original hotel cancelled our booking by accidentally and we book here on a whim last minute. It was the perfect thing to happen! The facilities were very good, the staff friendly, professional, and went out of their way to assist. It is close enough to the old town to wander in but far away that it is quiet in the evenings. The rooftop pool was an added bonus especially during happy hour. Additionally, Daisy, who worked in reception was extremely helpful and friendly and extremely knowledgeable and professional in her role. I would certainly stay here again.

We booked the connected rooms which were very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were large as well. The property was located on the outskirts of the ancient town in a very quiet street. It was a quick 5 minute walk into town and close to everything you want to see in Hoi An. Upon check-in we were sat down by Daisy, who went over the city map with us and marked attractions and restaurants that she recommended. We let her know that we wanted local restaurants and she was more than happy to help us find them. Daisy and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great! There was a variety of different options every day. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Welcomed with the offer of a free upgrade and got a big, airy room with a balcony. Walking distance to Hai An centre, around 400 metres to the old town so had the benefit of a quiet, peaceful location away from the touristy areas. Rooftop pool was great and the hotel staff are exceptional, learning first names of all the guests and interacting with you whenever you pass through reception or at breakfast time. Appreciation also to Danny on the breakfast Egg Station for his juggling skills with omelettes! Thanks to Anh and her team who made our stay in Hoi An memorable.
